History of "EzATI" and "RAIZER Industries"
1994
The manufacturing enterprise «RAIZER Industries» was founded in Essen (Germany). The production and sales to industrial and construction companies on the German market of silicone-based construction sealant under the RAIZER trademark was started.
1997
In order to expand the market for products under the RAIZER trademark on the B2B market in the Czech Republic, and as well to organize separate warehouse, reduce the delivery time and provide logistics services in the Czech Republic, the company was registered that took over the functions of the «RAIZER Industries» trade division in the Czech Republic.
2000
Due to the high economic feasibility, it was decided to transfer part of the production facilities of «RAIZER Industries» to the Czech Republic (Pilsen), which helped to optimize logistics processes, reduce production costs and decrease selling prices while keeping the initially high German quality and original recipes.
2001
The first tube of RAIZER sealant was produced on the «RAIZER Industries» site in Pilsen
2002
A new product was launched on the «RAIZER Industries» site in the Czech Republic - special-purpose automotive sealants based on silicone for automotive manufacturing enterprises.
2004
Due to the significant performance of production site in Pilsen, it was decided to completely relocate production facilities from Germany to the Czech Republic.
2005
«RAIZER Industries» Austrian and Hungarian Sales Offices were opened
2007
«RAIZER Industries» launched the production of rubber-based sealants, characterized by resistance to atmospheric and weather influences and high water isolation and used in construction industry.
2009
«RAIZER Industries» has mastered the production of the line for production of environmentally friendly acrylic sealants with excellent adhesion to various porous surfaces
2010
«RAIZER Industries» signed the contract for the supply of sealants with PILSEN STEEL - the Czech metallurgical and mechanical engineering plant
2011
The board of directors of the company "EzATI" made a decision to implement a project for the industrial production of high-quality silicone sealant-gaskets for automobile engines and various components of automobiles, used as a substitute for gaskets (cork, cardboard, rubber, asbestos, etc.), as well as in conjunction with them, to eliminate water, oil, coolant and seal leaks.
February 2011
LLC EzATI together with European engineers developed a formulation of a silicone sealant-gasket, which was positively tested in the independent European laboratory
April 2011
LLC EzATI installed part of the production equipment and signed contracts with suppliers of raw materials and components from the Russian Federation and European Union
May 2011
LLC EzATI manufactured in accordance to own developed drawings and installed high-tech filling equipment for filling sealant, as well as purchased laboratory equipment for quality control of incoming raw materials and finished products to be sure in compliance with technical documentation
June 2011
Commissioning works, personnel training were carried out and serial production of silicone sealant-gaskets under the EzATI brand was launched
July 2011
The first batch of EzATI LLC products was shipped to the aftermarket in the Russian Federation
March 2012
The sanitary and epidemiological station of Ukraine carried out a state sanitary and epidemiological examination of the EzATI sealant for the sale of products on the territory of the country, a positive conclusion was received
2013
«RAIZER Industries» made the first delivery of products for MANE Holding a.s., a construction company operating in the south of the Czech Republic, as well as throughout the Czech Republic and abroad

Tests of the EZATI sealant were successfully passed at the conveyor production of OJSC UKH MINSK MOTORNYY ZAVOD
April 2015
The first batch of LLC EzATI products was shipped to the automobile conveyor of JSC UKH" MINSK MOTORNYY ZAVOD " - sealant in 310 ml tubes

«RAIZER Industries» started cooperation with WMU-Bavaria GmbH, a strategic partner of the automotive industry

LLC EzATI rebranding and complete upgrade of the appearance of its products, namely silicone sealant-gaskets

The EzATI Board of Directors approved the development plan for 2018-2023, which includes the diversification of manufactured products in 5 groups

Successful tests of the EzATI sealant were completed for the OEM production of PJSC NEFAZ (part of the KAMAZ group of companies)

Successful tests of products manufactured by EzATI and partners (sealant-gasket, car shampoos, wiping paper, car fragrances) have been completed at Lada-Image JSC (a subsidiary of PJSC AVTOVAZ and its official distributor for the sale of spare parts for LADA cars all over the world)

EzATI LLC reached an agreement in principle to purchase «RAIZER Industries», after which the due diligence process was launched, the terms of which were repeatedly postponed due to the covid-19 pandemic

SPA for «RAIZER Industries» was signed, the transaction was completed

The process of integration of "EzATI" with the German-Czech enterprise «RAIZER Industries» has started, contributing to increase the range of products and expansion of its presence in the markets of the Russian Federation and the EU
